Creative Writing Minor

Requirements for a Minor in Creative Writing:
An 18-hour program, including at least 9 hours of workshop courses, 3 hours of which must be at the 300 level. Students may choose from:
Additional requirements include:
- 3 hours in forms of creative writing (CRW 302 , CRW 303 , CRW 304 or CRW 306 ) in the same genre as the 300-level workshop course
- 3 hours in literature in the Department of English or Department of Foreign Languages (see list here )
- 3 hours of electives in the Department of Creative Writing.
Additional Information:
An overall average of “C” (2.00) or better is required among courses taken to satisfy the requirements of the minor. |
