Restricted to CRW majors, PCRW majors, and CRW minors. Prerequisite: CRW 207 or consent of instructor. Study of the aesthetics and technique of fiction, and the history of fictional forms such as the epic, the short story, and the novel, as developed by classic and contemporary writers.
