Music Minor

Requirements for a Minor in Music:

• MUS 111 - Theory I
• MUS 112 - Theory II
• MUSL 111 - Aural Skills and Sight-Singing I
• MUSL 112 - Aural Skills and Sight-Singing II
• MUS 351 - Introduction to Music History I
• MUS 352 - Introduction to Music History II
• three semester hours of music electives.

Additional Information:

An overall GPA of “C” (2.00) or better is required in courses counted toward the minor.

Admission to the program requires approval by the Department of Music and an audition in the major performance medium.
