English Minor

Requirements for a Minor in English:

• ENG 204 - Introduction to Professional Writing or
• ENG 205 - Introduction to Literary Studies

•  

• plus 15 hours of English classes at the 200 level or above, with at least 9 hours at the 300-400 level

Additional Information:

An overall average of “C” (2.00) or better is required among courses taken to satisfy the requirements of the minor.

Courses in Other Departments:

Up to 6 hours of appropriate courses from outside the department may be counted toward the major or minor.
