OPS 374 - Introduction to Six Sigma

Prerequisite: OPS 370 . This course covers the complete Six Sigma Green Belt body of knowledge. Through lectures, applications and case studies, the course focuses on the background, value proposition, methodology, techniques and statistical tools of Six Sigma.
