Prerequisites: EDN 301, EDN 318, and basic studies science courses. Survey of curriculum and methods for teaching science in grades 6-9. Focus on processes of scientific inquiry, on topics that integrate learning across science disciplines, and on the social implications of science and technology. Field experiences required.
