COM 473 - Communication Training and Development

Prerequisite: COM 378  or COM 372  or consent of instructor. Restricted to COM majors. Study of key principles of training and development in organizational settings as they apply to teaching and learning communication. Includes needs assessment, instructional design, evaluation of training results, and managing client relationships.
