Prerequisite: A grade of “B” or above in COM 105 . Restricted to PCOM and COM majors. Introduction to principles of conflict management and alternative dispute resolution with an emphasis on mediation. Focus on dynamics that affect conflict and its resolution. Analysis of conflict situations.
