HST 571 - Care and Management of Historical Collections

Course Description: Introduction to the theory and practice of historical collections in museums worldwide. Topics include collections in cultural and historical context, policy development, documentation, registration, conservation, and storage.

Prerequisite Courses: HST 500 (may be taken concurrently) or MPA 500 (may be taken concurrently)
