RSP 304 - Cardiopulmonary Diseases and Diagnostics This course provides emphasis on diagnostic and therapeutic procedures associated with cardiopulmonary disease. Students will investigate the cause of cardiopulmonary diseases and the changes to structure & function of the human anatomy. Student will differentiate the etiology, clinical manifestations, pathogenesis, lab data and treatment for acute & chronic cardiopulmonary diseases. Upon completion, students should be able to demonstrate competence in respiratory therapy concepts and procedures through written evaluations.
Credit Hours: 3
Corequisite Courses: RSP 306 , RSP 356 , and RSP 352 . Prerequisite Courses: RSP 301 , RSP 302 , and RRSP 303 . Additional Restrictions/Requirements: Restricted to RSP majors only. Course Repeatability: Course may not be repeated.
