GGY 345 - The Geography of Food

Foodways and the various roles that food has played in world history, the geographic and economic aspects of food production and supply, the cultural significance of foods, and personal attitudes towards nutrition.

Credit Hours: 3

Prerequisite Courses: GGY 130  and GGY 101 , or GGY 180 .
Course Repeatability: Course may not be repeated.
