AFN 235 - Battle for Justice: From the Boat to the Vote


Examination of the right to vote through a focus on the Constitution, legislation, and case law. Including, exploration of methods of voting restriction and dilution such as literacy tests, poll taxes, redistricting, violence, and intimidation. Centering the impacts on race and democracy in the United States.
