EVS 484 - Agriculture and the Environment Interdisciplinary exploration of the impacts of crop and animal agriculture on terrestrial, aquatic, and marine environments. Topics include natural habitat impacts, sediment transport, nutrient runoff, land conversion, and concentrated feeding operations. Emphasis on building student communication skills and competency in critical analysis of current environmental issues.
