WLD 410 - Designing & Developing Learning & Development Programs
Emphasis on the foundation of understanding roles of learning, training and development in workplace settings, and systematic and evidence-based approach for designing and managing quality L&D programs in the workplace. The course will research concepts, knowledge and skills to access, design, develop, deliver and evaluate trainng programs as the apply to workplace learning and development.
