WLD 325 - Facilitation and Presentation in Learning & Development Designed to research and discover effective facilitation skills in adult education and workplace environs, including the nature of groups, group dynamics, effective planning, role clarification, identifying intervention points, & effective tools and techniques useful in building consensus around a topic, using effective questioning skills to guide participants toward action, and developing effective methods for addressing conflicts among participants.
