WPA 210 - Plant-Based Living for Wellness


This course is designed to explore plant-based living including if plant-based diets may offset the world’s population growth and environmental concerns related to factory farms and climate change, the role of plant-based lifestyles, physical activity, and stress management in chronic disease prevention, reviewing scientific literature regarding plant-based living, and the principles of planning a healthful whole food plant-based meal plan.
