PHY 414 - Engineering Physics I

Introduction to the practical fabrication of devices. Students will learn to use CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software to design projects and will also learn how to use hand tools, standard and CNC (Computer Numerical Controlled) machine tools, and 3D printers to fabricate objects. This class is intrinsically project oriented.
