PLS 362 - Leading and Managing Volunteers Addresses major issues in the leadership and management of volunteers in the nonprofit and public sectors. Focuses on the two main types of volunteers: service volunteers, and policy volunteers (board members). Topics covered include volunteer recruitment, screening, job design, supervision, recognition, and evaluation.
