REC 452 - Hospitality Management Operations
Analysis and evaluation of the operations behind management within the tourism and hospitality industries, specifically within food and beverage, transportation providers, attractions, tour operators and specialized tour segments such as the cruise industry and gaming.
Credit Hours: 3
Additional Restrictions/Requirements: Open only to students in the REC major and minor or with permission of instructor.
