TFP 204 - Leadership, Conflict, Ethics and Civility in Education

The course is designed to focus on theory and practice of leadership, issues of ethics, civility cohesiveness, trust, motivation, vision, and goals. Students will identify and examine conflict management, assessment, and decision-making goals.
