BUS 605 - Performance Management, Organizational Change/Transformational Leadership and Strategic Human Resource ManagementCredits: (3) This course is designed to prepare educational leaders to understand the need to evaluate organizational performances; recognize the need for organizational change and the skills necessary to manage change; review models for decision making including development of strategic plans; and understand the critical role of human resource management in maximizing organizational objectives.
