NSG 311 - Focused Care for Adults Across the Lifespan This course will build on previous concepts of adult nursing and special populations across the life span (including women’s health and geriatrics) that are essential to the role of the professional nurse in caring for individuals, families, and communities. The course will focus on complex adult assessment skills as a component of core nursing care, and the nursing process. Didactic concepts will be applied in the laboratory setting for demonstration of assessment skills using varying degrees of technology.
Credit Hours: 3 (2 lecture/1 lab)
