PSY 225  -  Introductory Statistics for the Behavioral Sciences


Introduction to the statistical techniques most often used by behavioral scientists for either descriptive purposes or hypothesis testing. Parametric techniques are emphasized, but nonparametric tests are included.

Credit Hours: 6

Prerequisite Courses: PSY 105  and (MAT 101  or higher [excluding MAT 105 MAT 141 , and MAT 142 ], STT 210 , or STT 215 ) and (BIO 105 BIO 140 BIO 201 BIO 202 , or BIO 240  with corresponding lab)
Additional Restrictions/Requirements: Class is restricted to students with Sophomore standing (or above).
