PHY 336 - Modern Physics II Second semester of the Modern Physics sequence. Aims to familiarize students with the fundamental concepts, methods, and open questions in a wide range of subfields through the application of relativity and simple quantum mechanics. Possible topics include atomic physics, nuclear physics, particle physics, solid-state physics, astrophysics, and cosmology.
Credit Hours: 3
Prerequisite Courses: PHY 335 Course Repeatability: Course may not be repeated.
