CHM 325 - Biophysical Chemistry Introduction to the fundamentals of thermodynamics and kinetics in the context of biochemical systems. A brief review of the structures of proteins, nucleic acids and membranes followed by a treatment of the thermodynamics and kinetics of binding reactions and phase transitions involving these macromolecules and assemblies. CHML 325 is the laboratory course for CHM 325.

Prerequisite Courses: BIO 201 , CHM 211 , CHM 220 . Course Repeatability: Course may not be repeated.
