LED 424 - Evaluation in Support of Organizational Learning In this course, students develop an understanding of evaluation and its role in learning organizations, with emphasis on evaluating learning, performance, and change initiatives. Major components of the course include program and training evaluation, strategic learning, systems thinking, evaluation principles and guidelines, and organizational learning and change.
