GGY 429 - Aerial Drone Applications in Geoscience Introduction to the applications of unmanned aerial systems (UAS, or drones) in the geosciences. The course will cover an introduction to remote sensing and photogrammetry, the basics of UAS regulatory frameworks, and data collection and processing, with at least 40% of the class devoted to data collection in the field.
Credit Hours: 3
