SWK 396 - Pre-Field Seminar

Explore professional expectations of field education, including ethical standards of the NASW Code of Ethics. Preparation of a resume, identification of the student’s learning style, and exploration of diverse agencies and fields of practice.

Credit Hours: 1

Corequisite Courses: SWK 321 and SWK 355 and SWK 443.
Prerequisite Courses: SWK 235 and SWK 240 and SWK 320.
Additional Restrictions/Requirements: Restricted to BSW majors main campus and/or extension site. Students must earn a “C” or better in each SWK course in order to progress in the program.
Course Repeatability: Course may not be repeated.
