PSY 225 - Introductory Statistics for the Behavioral Sciences Introduction to the statistical techniques most often used by behavioral scientists for either descriptive purposes or hypothesis testing. Parametric techniques are emphasized, but nonparametric tests are included.
Credit Hours: 6
Prerequisite Courses: PSY 105 and (MAT 101 or higher [excluding MAT 105, MAT 141, and MAT 142], STT 210, or STT 215) and (BIO 105 or BIO 140+BIOL 140, BIO 201, BIO 202, or BIO 240+BIOL 240) Additional Restrictions/Requirements: Class is restricted to students with Sophomore standing (or above).
