MIS 316 - Business Application Development


Intermediate programming in an event driven, rapid application development context. Emphasis is on writing high-quality code that is easy to debug, test, and maintain, culminating in database interaction.

Credit Hours: 3

Prerequisite or Corequisite Courses: and MIS 216 and MIS 315
Prerequisite Courses: CSC 112 or CSC 131
Additional Restrictions/Requirements: Students must take MIS 315 as a prerequisite or corequisite. Students must also take one of the following three courses (CSC 112 or CSC 131 as a prerequisite) or (MIS 216 as a prerequisite/corequisite).
Course Repeatability: Course may not be repeated. Maximum Repeatable Hours: 3
Major Restriction BS Business Administration or BS Information Technology
