ARH 201 - Ancient Art and Archaeology

Introduction to the art and cultures of ancient Egypt, the Near East, and the Mediterranean. Emphasis on architecture, painting, sculpture, and objects of daily life to inform the myths and histories of ancient civilizations connected to the broader Mediterranean basin.
