Requirements for a Certificate in Artificial Intelligence Literacy

The 9 credit (minimum) certificate is comprised of 6 credits of required courses and 3 credits of electives. The third course must be from the list below, within your major, or approved by your major department for inclusion.

This three course certificate provides a comprehensive foundation in both theoretical concepts and practical applications of AI technologies. Participants will gain hands-on experience through projects and case studies, ensuring they are well-prepared to contribute effectively to AI-driven innovation in various industries.
