Requirements for a Minor in Tourism, Recreation, and Sport

• REC 265  -  Leisure and Society Credit Hours: 3
• REC 270  -  Program Planning and Leadership Credit Hours: 3
• REC 348  -  Practicum in Recreation Services Credit Hours: 3
• REC 375  -  Leadership and Management in Tourism, Recreation, and Sport Credit Hours: 3
• 9 additional credits at the 300-400 level.

• In selecting courses to fulfill the 9 elective credits, students are strongly encouraged to consult with the faculty in Tourism, Recreation, and Sport.

Additional Information:

Students must achieve a 2.00 cumulative grade point average for all courses required for the minor.
