The Department of Philosophy and Religion seeks to foster understanding of philosophy and religion and a critical appreciation of the deepest issues of human experience of the past and of the present, in our own and in other cultures. The department offers a Bachelor of Arts degree with an emphasis in philosophy and a Bachelor of Arts degree with an emphasis in the study of religion. It also offers a minor in philosophy and a minor in religion.
