NSG 424  -  Nursing Leadership and Management

Introduces core concepts of leadership and management for the professional nurse. The course will focus on leadership and management theories, health systems organization, role development, and the legal and ethical considerations that impact care delivery and quality.  

 

Credit Hours: 3

Prerequisite Courses: NSG 317  (C or better).
Additional Restrictions/Requirements: Minimum grade of C or better.
Course Repeatability: Course may not be repeated.
