PAR 322  -  Ritual Therapy and Health in Caribbean Religions

Explores the Caribbean religious understandings of health and healing, ethnomedical and ritual therapeutics, and other metaphysical healing techniques and spaces, including Ebo healing of Ifa divination, Palo and Santeria (Lukumi) Botanicas. Familiarizes students with the different health and healing approaches, techniques, and spaces in the Caribbean communities.
