PAR 222 - The Contemplative Life Examination of the contemplative life in global philosophical and religious traditions from past and present, including Buddhism, Christianity, Daoism, Hinduism and Stoicism. Discusses the goals and methods of contemplative practice and includes experiential learning opportunities to explore contemplation beyond the classroom throughout the semester.
