WLD 300 - Effective Communication in Workforce Learning Development

This course is designed to provide a foundation in effective written and oral communication techniques for workforce training and development professionals that introduces associated theories and practical applications of those theories such as formation of job aides, resumes, e-mail, social media, memoranda, letters, applying for grants, proposals, and reports. Nonverbal and intercultural communications are emphasized.
