CSC 424 - Security Tools Engineering Design and implementation of software solutions to achieve security goals using data captured on computer systems and networks. Topics include advanced network forensics, network defense tools and principles, and advanced intrusion detection and prevention implementations.
Credit Hours: 3
Prerequisite Courses: (CSC 231 with a C or better or CYBR 251 with a C or better) and (CSC 344 or MIS 320) Crosslisting: CYBR 424. Course Repeatability: Course may not be repeated.
