EVS 455  -  Geospatial Analysis for Coastal Management


Examination of coastal issues and management using a problem-based GIS approach. Topics include developing a GIS, managing data acquired from different sources, creating new data, describing data, and generating desired outputs. Student projects utilize various GIS programs, extensions and equipment. Additional Course Fees: Student Blanket Professional Liability Insurance.

Credit Hours: 3

Prerequisite Courses: GGY 321, or instructor approval.
