NSG 406  -  Leadership and Management in Nursing

This course introduces core concepts of leadership and management for the professional nurse. Emphasis is placed on leadership and management theories, health systems organization, role development, and the legal and ethical considerations that impact care delivery and quality.

Credit Hours: 3

Prerequisite Courses: NSG 316 with a C or better.
Additional Restrictions/Requirements: Only open to students in the RN-BSN option.
Course Repeatability: Course may not be repeated.
