EGN 330 - Coastal Wave Mechanics Examination of the mechanics of water wave motion using linear and non-linear wave theories. Exploration of wave generation, forecasting and measurement. Covers wave propagation and transformation from offshore to the nearshore where waves interact with the bottom causing shoaling, breaking and initiating sediment movement.
