EDN 442 - Introduction to Gifted Education

Focuses on the study of gifted education including historical and current views in the field. Emphasis placed on understanding the unique characteristics of gifted learners, issues of identification, and traditionally underrepresented populations. Includes readings, lecture, discussion, presentations, and applied learning assignments.
