REC 451  -  Travel and Tourism


A description of the key components that make a global tourism designation a success: traveler’s motivation, theories of behavior, planning, development, and forecasting supply and demand. Students also learn about the delicate and sensitive relationship tourism has with its surrounding social, natural, and coastal environment.

Prerequisite Courses: REC 375  
Additional Restrictions/Requirements: REC majors and minors only or permission of instructor.
