PAR 330 - Religion and the Civil Rights Movement
Study of religion in the long history of the Civil Rights Movement in the United States. Examines the practices, writings, thoughts, and actions of American Protestants, Catholics, Jews, Muslims, and others regarding Black Americans’ fight for civil rights, as well as racism, anti-racism, gender, and politics in American life surrounding the movement.
