PAR 202  -  Modern Philosophy: Descartes to Kant


Introduction to the major topics of Western philosophy during the modern period, including skepticism, the existence of God, and the source of our ideas. Analysis of the thought of philosophers such as Descartes, Elizabeth of Bohemia, Locke, Berkeley, Leibniz, Hume, and Kant.
