MGT 359  -  Talent Acquisition


This is an advanced course designed for management and human resource students.  Upon completion, students will be able to develop and execute a recruitment and selection plan that ensures the organization is able to attract and retain top talent in order to meet company objectives. Students will gain expertise in designing and conducting valid employment interviews. Attention is given to the legal environment, planning, and job analyses.
