COM 361 - Media Law and Ethics Survey of laws and ethical principles that inform and regulate mediated communication including: freedom of speech and expression, defamation, invasion of privacy, intellectual property, the rights and responsibilities of journalists/reporters, and the regulation of journalism, advertising, public relations and multimedia industries.
