CRM 449 - Sociology of Law Analysis of the role of law in society. Special emphasis given to the relationship between law and social organization and the relation of sociocultural changes to substantive and procedural aspects of law. Law viewed as a collectivistic-individualistic process and as a reflection of sociocultural values.
