CHM 469 - Enzymology

Investigation of enzyme mechanisms and their regulation. Exploration of the theoretical and practical aspects of studying enzymes and their biological implications. A particular focus will be placed on binding, steady-state kinetics, transient kinetics, allosteric regulation, and inhibition.
